Romans 3:23 “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;” Now ‘Glory,’ is also ‘Character,’ thus we so often do not reflect God very well, we ooze the wrong kind of stuff in difficult situations.  We should ooze Godliness, but so often we ooze and rage from a very different source.  Now we understand that whatever a sponge has been soaking in, just squeeze it, and the contents of what it has been soaking in, oozes right out, soak it in water and water comes out, soak it in juice and juice comes out, soak a person in God and Jesus, and then when squeezed under provocation and pressure, and you will always find that God will ooze out all over the place.  As a song once said about buying a new Dollie; “Shake me I rattle, Squeeze me I cry, Just take me home and Love me.”  Proverbs 23:7a CW “For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he:” Matthew 15:18-20 “But those things which proceed out of the mouth come forth from the heart; and they defile the man.  For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies:  These are [the things] which defile a man: but to eat with unwashen hands defileth not a man.”  Say, what would ooze out of you if we ever squeezed you??

What comes out of us when we are tested and tried, do we have a short fuse and attack as a ferocious bear, what happens when we “Just Squeeze Me??”  Here is a Messianic Prophecy, Psalm 22:6 “But I [am] a worm, and no man; a reproach of men, and despised of the people.”  Jesus is here depicted as a worm, for if you happen to stand on a worm, it just bleeds, rolls over, and dies, but if you stand on a snake, then it rears up, bites deeply, the toxic venom pours into your bloodstream, then you will then just roll over and die.  “Just Squeeze Me,” and how do you react, do you roll over and die, or do you rear up and bite with wrath and toxic poison.  What comes out of a man is usually what is inside, what is inside usually comes from what you are soaking in, say, what are you actually soaking in, what are you absorbing and soaking up, what would come out if we “Just Squeezed Me.”

Quote; “We may grow in grace by improving, through the grace we already have. We are to keep ourselves unspotted from the world if we would be found blameless in the day of God. Faith and works go hand in hand; they act harmoniously in the work of overcoming. Works without faith are dead, and faith without works is dead. Works will never save us; it is the merit of Christ that will avail in our behalf. Through faith in Him, Christ will make all our imperfect efforts acceptable to God. The faith we are required to have is not a do-nothing faith; saving faith is that which works by love and purifies the soul. He who will lift up holy hands to God without wrath and doubting will walk intelligently in the way of God’s commandments.” {FW 48} Say, what are you actually soaking in, what are you absorbing and soaking up, what would come out if we “Just Squeezed Me.”  What is within you, that will presently ooze out, then is it nice or is it nasty??

Romans 12:1-2 JB Phillips “With eyes wide open to the mercies of God, I beg you, my brothers, as an act of intelligent worship, to give him your bodies, as a living sacrifice, consecrated to him and acceptable by him. Don’t let the world around you squeeze you into its own mould, but let God re-mould your minds from within, so that you may prove in practice that the plan of God for you is good, meets all his demands and moves towards the goal of true maturity.”  What we need to do is to come to God in repentance, to cast ourselves at his feet, Psalm 51:7 “Purge me with hyssop, and I shall be clean: wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow.”  Let God wash away all that yucky and nasty stuff right out, all the trash we have once been soaking in and absorbing, let us instead soak and absorb God, Revelation 7:14 “And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.”  Romans 6:4 “Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.”  “Just Squeeze Me,” and I will leak out godliness, purity, uprightness, fragrant with the fruit of the Spirit, 2 Corinthians 5:17 “Therefore if any man [be] in Christ, [he is] a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.”   Galatians 5:22-23 “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance:” “Just squeeze me,” and what will ooze out??

Quote; “”God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” He who repents of his sin and accepts the gift of the life of the Son of God, cannot be overcome. Laying hold by faith of the divine nature, he becomes a child of God. He prays, he believes. When tempted and tried, he claims the power that Christ died to give, and overcomes through His grace. This every sinner needs to understand. He must repent of his sin, he must believe in the power of Christ, and accept that power to save and to keep him from sin. How thankful ought we to be for the gift of Christ’s example!”  {1SM 224}  “Just Squeeze Me,” I am no longer sinful, trapped in that old life, no longer soaking up sin and degradation, there is now a new life in Christ Jesus our Lord, there are now new thoughts, new emotions, new things are being absorbed, the old life has been washed away and done away with, my old life has been completely washed away, cleansed, I have a new life, new passions, and I soak up every drop of a Heavenly Origin, “Just Squeeze Me,” and God will leak out all over the place. Galatians 2:20 “I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.”  “Just Squeeze Me,” and God will leak out everywhere.
